Today was a great day for everyone! The kids were amazing and have made me so proud. And a special thanks to one of our students dad Roger for sponsoring my registration I finally one gold since 2008 I've only been winning due to lack of competitors or just flat out losing Everytime. I only won because my students were there and I couldn't fail them. My students are my life and I am so proud of the little winners they have become. Thank you Andrew Redden for putting on a great event and having us out there. DGA ALL THE WAY! #Daybolljiujitsu #BJJ #OSS!

I am looking to start running a 6am boot camp for those people who are working during the day please share this with anyone who has been wanting a workout but has had their work conflict with class times. Also I have been interested in doing some kids classes during the day to accommodate to the home school children in the area so again please share this with anyone you know who would like something for their home schooled child to do during the day, I will be open to suggestions for times and days if I can get enough interest I will for sure start these programs.
