It's going to be a busy weekend here at the Kessel Run! Alongside the Pandemic Survival Event and the Amonkhet Sealed League, we also will also be holding the Amonkhet Draft Weekend events on Saturday and Sunday. Event Registration: 6:00pm Saturday & Sunday Event Start: 6:30pm Saturday & Sunday Event Type: Booster Draft Event Cost: $15 All participants in the Draft Weekend events will receive a Promotional date stamped Oracle's Vault! Feel free to call into the store if you'd like to sign up in advance!

Ottawa Comic Con is approaching next month, and we're looking for some volunteers to help with the booth! Knowledge of board games and the willingness to do an 8 hour stint (with breaks of course for some fun) is the trade off for getting into the con for free and showing off your nerd side. Dates are: Friday May 12- 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday May 13 - 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday May 14 - 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Looking for 2 people on Friday, 2 on Saturday, 2 on Sunday!

International Table Top Day is approaching on April 29th! Kessel Run will be open and we'll have PLEMTY of space for boardgames for you to bring in your own, try one off the shelf, or maybe even get someone to show you how to play! ALSO: Love the boardgame Pandemic? We’ve got your fix! Kessel Run Games is running a Pandemic Survival tournament FREE of charge on International Table Top Day! Grab a partner and race against 11 other teams in a race to save the world from total annihilation, for FREE PRIZES! Teams of two (2) will need to send both players name and a TEAM name to jsp@kesselrungames.ca by April 28th to pre-register. 12 team spots will be a first come, first serve basis, after which a waiting list will be started, again, first come first served. There is no guarantee of sign-up on the day of a tournament, so get your team registered ASAP! We start at 1 PM SHARP, so get there 12:45 PM LATEST! This Good Friday the 14th the Kessel Run will be CLOSED. But never fear, we’re moving all our FNM events to this Thursday! Thursday the 13th will be a Triple Threat Thursday! MODERN, STANDARD and DRAFT events will all be starting at 6:30PM. We hope to see you there!
