Held at the Nepean Sportsplex from 10am -2pm, this will be a FREE interactive day for seniors, caregivers, and children of aging parents; to engage with the many amazing community resources and organizations we have in Ottawa.
Proceeds of this expo will be going to the amazing OutCare Foundation!
There will be an excellent mix of presentations and entertainment on the stage.
In lieu of admission, if you can help, we will be gratefully accepting donations for the OutCare Foundation.
