He delights in showing mercy. (Ephesians 2:4) 3. The Mercy of God is connected to His Judgement. Why does God extends his Mercy to us? 1. He wants a relationship with us 2. TO show His sovereignty 3. For us to fly like an eagle 4. The Sacrifice He made on the cross How? 1. Convenant is the easy way to access God's mercy. Keying into the convenant in place for us. 2. Revelation. 3. Through our service unto him 4. By Being Merciful. Matt 5:7

Minister: Pastor (Mrs) Nike Orimoloye Topic: Propelled by Grace "For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little”- Isaiah 28:10. Life Itself also teaches us arithmetically that you have to move from one level to another. One step to another step, from elementary school to college, from school to getting a Job to getting married. But God’s mercy in His sovereignty sometimes break these stereotypes, thus skipping steps. Why? Answer: PROPELLED BY GRACE! Examples: a. Genesis 48: The blessings of Manasseh redirected to Ephraim b. Luke 5: Jesus choosing Peter’s boat from the other boats. c. Isaiah 45: The Pagan King Cyrus was guarded, called by God even though he didn’t know Him. d. A Pastor ordained in RCCG in a short time despite the required timeline before ordination. e. I Samuel 9:1-2; 10:1-7. Saul was anointed, gifted with prophesying despite and crowned King despite his level of spirituality. KEY POINTS: 1. This Grace is power conferred to us even though unqualified and undeserved. 2. The totality of our life is a product of favour rather than labour which is propelled by Grace. 3. The Grace is the ability to become and to do. HOW? 1. Saul received the gift of prophecy in a day while others like Elisha went through schools of prophecy. A trip to Rachel’s grave (1 Samuel 10:2), dying to self, give up your will. Submitting to the will of God. 2. At Rachel’s grave, Pride must die. 3. Run your own race and let God propel you by grace. 4. Let the word of God dwell richly in you by meditating on it however possible, everywhere possible. As you allow His grace to propel you to move you higher, the expectation of the enemy comes to not over our lives and His name is ultimately glorified.
