Had a great last day in OKC yesterday! Watched the Trail finals - incredible in person! Then we did pics and got videos. From there a bit of shopping and touring - including a stop at Shortys hattery in the stockyards where we got an impromptu tour of the shop and how the hats are made! Seriously cool. Dinner at Cattlemans to celebrate the show success as well 🤠🎉🐴 Flying home today...fingers crossed that's an uneventful journey. Safe travels home to Hannah Buijs & Chris Buijs and Tucker! As well as to the Barb Chambers Caris family! Good luck to Glenn & Tracey Patterson and the Jasmyn Rivait family competing at the NSBA World show! ☘️

🎉🎉🎉 Yes it was worth it...1 AM... but Hannah Buijs & Lopin To The Bar ended up 8th (out of 154) in the Level 2 Horsemanship at the AQHYA World show 🙌🐴❤️🇨🇦 We are so incredibly grateful to all of our friends and family who stayed up to cheer Hannah on - all your texts were so motivating! Some fun pics from tonight...including those watching from Hawaii and a TO subway station on the way home from the Jays game. Celebrations tomorrow - we are pretty ready to call it a night tonight 😊

Just to update everyone...we are nearing the end of split one - first 75 horses took 2.5 hrs. Thinking Hannah will go closer to 10:00 tonight, unless there's a lot of scratches. And just to add excitement - the cattle from cutting are just off the chute as you enter the ring. 😊
