We specialize in Gourmet Craft Burgers and Poutines!
Made with the freshest ingredients.
All burgers patties are made in house and cooked to order!! We have taken 2 Canadian classics.... "the Burger" and "the Poutine" and infused some international flavors to awaken your taste buds.
We were tired of the same old burgers with the same old standard ingredients........ So we took it upon ourselves to infuse some unique international flavors for you to enjoy.
You will find burger ingredients like..... Thai satay peanut sauce, Wasabi aioli, Siracha-Maple aioli, tempura prawns, bratwurst sausages, sauerkraut, sweet kale slaw, crispy onion tanglers, Okanagan/Shuswap artisan blue cheese, Brie cheese, pepper jack cheese, crispy lotus root, cranberry salsa, brioche buns, pretzel buns and even a burger that uses a waffle as a bun.
You will find a perogy poutine, butter chicken poutine, philly cheese steak poutine, fajita spiced chicken poutine and of course we have a classic poutine. All made with our delicious beer battered fries!!
Always remember to check the blackboard at the counter for this months burger and poutine of the month.

HEY LADIES!! Join the wonderful Cariboo Community at the 4th Annual Cariboo Women's Fair, May 5th & 6th. Friday night is Ladies Night Out with wine, cheese, shopping and live music just for the ladies! $10 entry fee, 19+ years. Saturday is open to all ages and is the perfect outing for everyone in the community. Come with your mom, your daughter, your husband and your friends! The weekend will offer mini-services from exhibitors, delicious snacks and drinks, wellness workshops with local legands and classic Cariboo fun!
