Another healthy dinner Spinach with meat balls and basmati rice You need: A small onion cut finely A small handful of pine nuts (optional) Ground beef Fresh spinach, I like to use the baby ones Salt and 7 spices to taste Lemon juice Ground beef does not have to be balls but it's more fun for kids In a small pan put little bit of oil and sauté the onions and the pine nuts together then add the ground beef unless you are using meat balls then u have to cook the meat first then add it to the onions. So you put the meat until it's fully cooked, add the spinach, salt and pepper. Put some lemon juice because it's supposed to be a little sour. It should only take like 15 minutes then serve it with rice on the side. For the meat balls I used ground beef mixed with a pinch of salt and a small handful of Italian bread crumbs.
