Guinevere Joy Yoga
Description
Guinevere Joy is a yoga teacher, writer, and artist. She teaches yoga classes, workshops and retreats. Guinevere Joy has practised and taught yoga for a decade and a half. Early on in life, she knew that she wanted to be a yoga teacher. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Esther Myers’ Yoga Studio, in Toronto, Canada. The style of yoga that she teaches and practises is based on the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli. She believes in empowering her students with tools to help them find peace and relaxation in their lives by following the yoga principles of listening to the breath and body, letting go, and finding the earth beneath one’s feet. Different aspects of a healthy lifestyle, including nutrition, pilates, exercise, and creative expression are integral aspects of her daily life. In addition to yoga, Guinevere is also a Reiki Master.
