A little FEEL GOOD FRIDAY from The Studio 💜 . Meet Diana — she is a ray of sunshine. Those who know her well, describe her as; compassionate, gentle but fierce when she needs to be, with a big heart. She’d so anything to help others. She’s a beautiful person”. Last year became stressful making her need for self-care even more important. Through relationships built by attending Zumba at The Studio, she was able to gain the support of another member on a similar path. As things in her life began to heat up and big decisions needed to be made, call it good Karma, or a miracle, but her greatest prayer was answered. The newest member of The Studio family; Gabriella Christina Liane Clark was born on January 7, 2018 and she’s truly been the greatest gift to Diana, Sheen, and their whole family. Seeing Diana as a mother more natural and beautiful than anyone could have imagined. Last week, just eight weeks after Gabriella’s arrival, she showed up to lunch class. Just 30 minutes, just for her, doing what she loves while her little miracle was at home with Grandma was exactly what Diana needed, and as I watched her from the stage, it felt like she’d never left! It doesn’t take an intense commitment. It doesn’t have to be all about intense fitness, and sore muscles, and calories burned. Sometimes it’s about a feeling, or a connection, or a longing to be something else, somewhere else, for a little while. Welcome back Diana!!!!
