'Mr. Blue Sky' by ELO was originally released back in 1977. Fast forward to 2017 with director James Gunn and 'Baby Groot' dancing in the opening of Guardians of the Galaxy 2. This song is perfect for that scene. Then again James Gunn knows that the right song can totally make a scene forever memorable. Fact: Did you know that baby Groot is NOT the Groot we fell in love with GOTG1?! The OG Groot actually died in the first movie and Baby Groot is his son. I'll tell you why that movie hasn't been made. It would go something like this..... Chunk goes home with Sloth: 'Mom can we keep him.....please??' Exhausted mom sighs: 'Really Chunk? Remember how you promised to feed, walk and clean up after the dog if we got one?? We can't even use the back yard anymore because it's covered in brown bombs. And the dog has just given up on walking at all. Now we have to carry him everywhere.' The movie ends with Sloth staying but Chunk hanging out with Data because the novelty has worn off. Mom has more laundry to do, now walks both the dog and Sloth AND she has to keep a constant supply of Baby Ruth's in the cupboard. 😂😂😂
