Child care is available from Monday-Friday, 2-6:45PM and is available to you while you are taking advantage of all services offered.
On staff personal trainers are available to meet with you and help you break through a plateau, reach a goal you've always wanted, or just give you a dirty workout if that's what you're looking for.
Tanning super beds are a great way to get some Vitamin D and a nice glow in a short time. With unlimited minutes, you can switch back and forth between the stand up bed and the lay down bed as you please.
Treat yourself to a therapeutic massage with our orthopedic massage specialist. Get those kinks worked out for good with Melissa's over the top service and after massage stretch programs free for you!

Did you see the difference in the store-bought free ranget egg and the actual free range egg in our last post? When choosing your next egg here are some things to think about 1. Watch for a thin and brittle shell, it should take a little bit of effort to crack it. 2.Is the yoke round with a nice bubble and a deep yellow? If it's not these things, you are probably eating an egg from a sick chicken! Happy eating everyone!
