We are excited to announce that the Tobin Lake Rec Board has been resurrected and they already busy organizing events! The first event is a Family Fun Ride taking place on Saturday, February 17th (Family Day weekend). Hope this cold snap is over by then and everyone can make it out!

The Resort Village of Tobin Lake has become the destination for Canada Day! With events happening for everyone, the whole family can have fun with the Pancake Breakfast, Confederation Play, Kids Activities, On the Fly Snack Concession, Food Booth, Beer Gardens, Musical Entertainment provided by Eve n' Adams and Fireworks to complete a fun day.

Hello Tobin Lakers, we are working feverishly on getting the Canada Day events finalized and posted for you! You can expect the same fabulous pancake breakfast, kids activities, food booth, beer gardens, band and fireworks. This year we also have Tisdale Day Camps putting on a play celebrating Canada's 150th from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. during the pancake breakfast at the Hall. Stay tuned for a poster with times! In other news, the tax notices and water bills will be out next week. I know, just the information you were waiting for!

Community Garage Sale on Saturday, May 27! Brave the Drive on 255 and visit us for our annual community garage sale! Variety of tables, some will also have baking and crafts. 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. See you then!

The Tobin Lake Lund AYA Angler & Young Anglers Fishing Tournament will be held Saturday, June 10th. Registration forms are now being accepted and can be found on our website at www.resortvillageoftobinlake.com under 'Events'. Entries received by May 26th will be entered into a draw for a free entry into the 2018 Lund AYA Tournament.

We are currently accepting applications for a facility pass sales person! This is a seasonal position beginning May 19th through September 4th, 2017. Duties this year include collecting fees for facility passes, facility pass monitoring, issuing tickets, cleaning facilities and general village maintenance. Applicants must be available weekends and holidays throughout the summer, for shifts that begin between 6:30 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. Ideal candidates will be personable, possess strong cash handling skills, and have a Class 5 driver’s license.
