My client has started his meal prep this morning. With the Beef Shanks. He has weighed himself at 375.4 lbs. In one week, we will be putting him back on the scale. I do offer full 1on1 support through this. He won't be left alone in the dark. He's starting with 3 meals a day for a week. Good luck!
