Hydro seeks 7.9% hike for 5 years

Just a scary little up date...The Yellowhead Centre's year runs from September 1 - August 31...in 2015/16 our electricity bill was $50,079.16...with upgrades to lighting along with a Low E Ceiling put in the arena we were, even with the 4% increase this past year, able to maintain that cost for the 2016/17 year. (Please note that Manitoba Hydro did donate to the LED Lighting through their Power Smart Program) The projected increase with MB Hydro means your Community Centre, The Yellowead will be paying well over $70,000 within 5 years just for Electricity...Yicks
