Hail Seitan! Homemade seitan is an incredible meat substitute, whether you're a vegetarian or looking for a fat-free option to meat. Here I put it into a fabulous grilled tortilla sandwich - homemade coleslaw, creamy tahini, chopped veggies, spicy harissa and chili sauce......you'll love it, even if you don't normally eat vegetarian food!

Want this roasted chicken meal for family supper tonight but you aren't home for the hours it takes to prepare? Call me - I'll have it ready at the exact minute you need it, in either a roasting pan (if you want to take it home and put it into a warm oven until everyone is home) or on a serving platter (if everyone wants to eat NOW). Want to mix up the veggies? No problem, just let me know what you like! No preservatives, no little packets of anything, nothing artificial - just whole, delicious food :-)

Just few shots from today's catering party: Mixed grilled vegetables for 12 with a lemon-oregano vinaigrette Chocolate mousse duo (top layer is milk chocolate, bottom layer is mint chocolate) Cake pops bouquet - great for birthdays! This flavour is cappuccino but you can choose whatever flavour you'd like!
