La Cuisine’s commercial grade facilities are designed to be flexible and accessible to all levels of the market. Multiple stations, each with Garland ranges and fryers, Blodgett convection ovens, Hobart mixers, slicers, food processors, and more allow for flexible scheduling and independent work at all hours of the day. Smokers, Sous-Vide, proofers, induction elements and more are also available.
We offer business incubator services, helping you bring your culinary art to the market. From production and research, through marketing and branding, to sales and distribution.
We offer cooking classes and instructional courses, including Thai and Laotian, Mexican, Caribbean, Cajun and Creole, French and Italian, Smoking and BBQ, Oysters, soups and sauces, knife skills, amongst others.
Our facilities are spacious and accommodating, with the flexibility to play host to any event or occasion. Cocktail parties, corporate receptions, product launches, tastings, exhibits, fundraisers and more.
