It's so warm in Toronto at 15.5 C it's a record breaker. This time of the year we would worry about frostbite. So say hello to "Halo halo" topped with purple yam ice cream. It's shaved ice with milk, red beans, jackfruit, leche flan, strips of young coconut, green and white coco gels, and fragrant rice crisps and sweet purple yam. Beside it is also a dessert but I have no idea what it's called. It's sweet and really light and soft.
