Specializing in hockey training for players aged 10-16, hockey fitness, skating and shooting training The Hockey Training Academy is an indoor sports training facility located on the Oakville/Mississauga border catering to young hockey players who want to improve their performance through:
- skating treadmill, technique
- shooting training, accuracy and power
- conditioning training
- strength training
with professional instruction in order to enhance their all around hockey player skills
