Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while getting more comfortable with your devices. It is an hour long drop in session offered two days of the month.
This book club will run once a month for an hour. What is unique about this book club is that members may choose to read the chosen book for that month, or select their own book to discuss at the next meeting. The object of this book club is to create a reading list for all the members of the book club to enjoy at a time most convenient for them. Thank you to all of our brave teddies who stayed the night at the library. It looks like they were quite busy! Don’t forget tomorrow evening we will be showing the movie Coco at 6:00pm in the program room.
Children ages 5-9 can Join Stacy for a half hour session of kids yoga after school. Some of the benefits of yoga for children are the following; Develop body awareness. Learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way. Manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation and healthy movement. Build concentration. Increase their confidence and positive self-image. Feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group. The cost for each session is $3.00 Children MUST PRE-REGISTER
