So many options to choose from! The homeowner who installed this door took months to finally decide on a style and color, but are thrilled with the end result. The before and after pics prove it:) This is an Ostaco Fibreglass Wood Grain door, stained Dark Walnut with two full side lights to let the naturel light pour through. We finished the look with black Schlage hardware. The planked Cambre Top design on the exterior and interior was an added feature we chose to add special detail and style to the door. Other options include the traditional panel style or straight up plain slab. Another great selling feature of the “wood look” fibreglass doors is that the insulation value is 7 times greater than a traditional wooden door. As a home owner it is very important to protect yourself and your family when having work completed on your home by a contractor or sub-contractor. Ask for proof of their liability insurance policy, as well as proof of payment / good standing with their insurance provider. If the contractor providing services has employees, they must have a WSIB account and should provide a Clearance Certificate if you request it. This certificate is only available if their account with the WSIB is in good standing. If it is not in good standing, they are not protected if an accident occurs. Finally, remember that contractors (and most small businesses for that matter) need to account for these insurance costs and build them into their quotes and prices. The extra few bucks you may pay for their services is very much worth the piece of mind to know that everyone is covered in case of an injury. Educate, Prepare and Protect yourself.

Sorry we haven't been around lately! So busy trying to wrap the year up, but looks like we will have to do some work in the white stuff after all! It has been a super busy 2016 for us, and 2017 is shaping up to be our busiest yet! We hope everyone stays safe this holiday season and has the Merriest Christmas and Happiest New Year!

We just want to take a minute and remind everyone that starting tomorrow morning at dawn it is the beginning of one of the busiest hunting weeks of the year. Another lovely note came in the mail today - Chris - I appreciate the kindness you showed in repairing/extending my downspout/eaves trough last month. The good will you have earned in doing such a favour is hopefully adequate payment. You have done good work promptly and I will pass the word onto others. This is one of the larger projects that we have completed this summer. Our clients started off right by requesting their entire house be wrapped with IKO Insulation board. This will definitely help year round with their energy bills. Our team then installed two new MDL entrance doors, Vinylbilt windows on the complete residence, Gentek "Saddlebrown" vertical siding with "Pebble" cladding, soffit, fascia, and eaves trough. Alu-rex Gutterguard was also installed in the eaves trough to help aid in keeping the pesky leaves of those lovely trees out gutters. To complete this updated look we finished off by installing Versetta stone along the perimeter of the house. We are now booking Spring 2017, so if you have a project in mind, please give us a call!
