It's easier to make excuses and quit than to just make yourself do something you hate. Cardio makes me cry..... and so does rowing... so today I jumped on the rower and just made myself do a 5000m row. I wasn't worried about the time.... it was the mental strength to just get it done! #pureenergy #hurtssogood #iamstrong
