The Saskatchewan Barrel Racing Association is currently seeking tenders for our Finals PHOTORAPHER position for 2017. The finals are held at Prairieland Park in Saskatoon July 31-August 3. This would be 3 full days of barrel racing competition along with the awards presentation after the short go. It is an indoor arena so past photographers have had to setup flashes and some have setup additional lighting. If you have an AGM topic please submit it to your director or the SBRA office. Please remember your AMG topic should be should be a MOTION so it can be voted on. Also if you have a district director that is stepping down we need someone to fill their place, nominations will be done during the AGM. My two year term is up as well so please be thinking about who you would like to nominate for President as well.

The Canadian Barrel Horse Incentive has approved the SBRA Finals for a $3,500 incentive. If you are competing off a horse that is sired by a nominated CBHI Stallion you can enter this incentive during check in at the SBRA Finals. The cost is $20 ($10/long go) and please bring a copy of the horse's registration papers with to the finals that we can send into the CBHI office. Payout will be done by the CBHI and you have to have placed in one of the Open Long Go Rounds to be eligible for the payout.
