Click and you can see an Ontario licensed medical doctor at Custom Care Pharmacy with only a FEW MINUTES of wait time! Custom Care Pharmacy is the only location in Markham providing telemedicine walk-in service.
Patients can directly consult with an Ontario licensed medical doctor through a TV monitor in our exam room, using a secured 2-way videoconferencing technology.
Because there are over 30 medical doctors accessible through telemedicine, the wait time to talk to a doctor is only a few minutes.
This program is funded by the Ontario government. All you need to do is to bring your health card to see a doctor.
If you are not an Ontario resident, you may see the doctor for a fee. This payment will be collected by the pharmacy on behalf of the doctor.

West Nile virus found in mosquitoes in Markham traps
According to the center for disease control and prevention, about 1 in 5 people who are infected with West Nile Virus disease will develop a fever with other symptoms such as headache, body aches, joint pains, vomiting, diarrhea, or rash. Seniors are at the greatest risk for severe disease. People with certain medical conditions, such as cancer, diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, and people who have received organ transplants, are also at greater risk for serious illness.
