Over 10 years ago a friend and I discussed opening a hotel and restaurant consultation business. This business would consist of going into existing businesses and helping them identify strengths and weaknesses of their business, giving them an idea of which direction they need to go to be more successful. Cooking Classes!!!! Below are the 2 classes for January. This go 'round we will doing them on a Friday/Saturday, as requested. As always, if classes are popular and fill up I will add more dates. They will go earlier in the week as Sunday is reserved for NFL playoffs 😉 The classes will be $30/pp and start at 6:00. I am giving one last chance at no pre-payment, BUT, if you skip a class you owe for the class. If you do not pay you will be suspended from further classes until you pay for the one you miss. If you skip a second time I will not be able to take you again. I had a horrible summer for people not showing up, please remember I usually don't make much off of these, I do them because I enjoy teaching people and expanding people's culinary palate.
