I focused on myself for some years, and found I wanted to share my passion.
Sharing this passion has grown and I will continue to support those around me as long as they are having fun and developing in the ways that they need.

So pumped to be adding Lesia as a trainer at GO. . . Repost . . I'm teaching a fitness class!!!! It will be so fun! It's a 7 week class starting May 8 from 6-7 in the evening. Exercise is awesome! I'll help you get strong and fit for everyday life! Focused on gentle, safe, fun and effective movement. I'll also show you tons of different exercises and how to use the gym equipment.
