The Beothuk Explorer is finally finished with fibreglass and out into the sun. The railings go on in the Spring. Looking forward to next season at Mussel Bed Boat Tours!

The Beothuk Explorer is undergoing a complete renovation for the 2018 season. Rebuilt from deck to wheelhouse. We will keep you updated as she gets her new fibreglass finish.

Another great afternoon cruise through the islands of the Bay of Exploits with the Manuel, Snow and Power families, from Lewisporte and Trenton, ON. The kids really enjoyed the BBQ on Passage Island and cruise through the islands. We spotted a Bald Eagle on Sceviour Is. it was great hosting my old friend Alister Manuel and his family on your special day! Happy 65th next week! Cheers!

Here is an incredible video of an iceberg calving and roll taken by our son Justin from the Beothuk Explorer and from our son Jordan's drone! We were so lucky to be there filming at Birchy Island on August 3rd. Enjoy the Donald Trump image Iceberg as it falls apart and rolls over after a few days.
