5k Foam Fest Fun Run

Have you signed up for the Canda Day 5km Foam Fest Fun Run right here in Leduc on July 1? If not make sure you register as they are already over halfway sold out! Nervous about running 5km? We've got you covered with our 6-week Foam Fest Training Program. This class will incorporate full body workouts including cardio, strength, and agility to help you train for this exciting 5km obstacle race. Next 6-week session starts May 16 - June 20. Congratulations to our fantastic LRC Lifeguards who strongly represented the City of Leduc at the University of Calgary Lifeguard Games. Overall, the City of Leduc took home 3rd, 7th, and 8th place out of 18 teams. The Lifeguard Games featured 72 certified lifeguards from all over the province of Alberta to compete in 20 events that included fitness challenges, lifeguarding rescue skills and knowledge, first aid skills and lifeguarding scenarios.
