Did you know? Family matters has trained Doulas on staff to offer prenatal and labor support. Doula's can support birthing mothers and their support people by offering comfort measures, resources and education to help make labor a more positive experience. All free of charge!

Anyone from Bridgetown or Lawrencetown wanting extra VCLA Books, please let Jen know by Wednesday so the order can go in right away :). Remember your first book is free but the others will cost around $5.00 (maybe a little more).

For anyone with older kids; this is Kelsey who has been helping with the Physical Fitness at Parent Groups. And remember she and Sandra offer Adult classes Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00-7:00pm at the Elementary School in Middleton. $5.00 a session.
Reminder that Wilmot play group is cancelled tomorrow due to staff training!
