Hey everyone, Tai Chi in Ladysmith I have a new Tai Chi program designed to develop a feeling of wellness and relaxation while gently working the muscles, joints and an inward sense of calm. With topics such as Balance, Intension, Flow, Strength, Breath and Transition, the program is desinged to help you learn concrete principles of Tai Chi through instructor led movement and exercise. This program is for people of all ages. If you are very fit and healthy, it can help you center your thoughts and develop a stronger awareness of your body. If you have any health restrictions, the concepts and movements can help to build or renew supportive muscles and tissues, increase healthy circulation, and reduce the long term impact of illness or injury. In this 3 class trial, we will begin with a private healthy and wellness conference and three group classes. We will conclude the trial with another private meeting and help set you up for your continuing classes.
