We are pleased to welcome Rochelle, a Registered Massage Therapist, to our team! Rochelle is originally from Fort St John,BC. She attended Notre Dame in Saskatchewan to pursue her hockey career, and then moved to Red Deer to become a Massage Therapist. Graduating from The Alberta Institute of Massage in 1998, she has training in both remedial therapy as well as trigger point, sports massage, myofascial cupping,Thai Massage,Gua Sha, and Reflexology.
