Alright, we are all set for 6am classes in May! They start a week from today, May 1st, Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will start at 6 am sharp so we can all get out at 6:45 to continue on with our days. We will do body weight classes on Tuesdays and use the steps on Thursdays. As usual, please bring a water bottle and indoor, non-marking shoes. Oh, and a bright morning smile!!!! 😀

Would people be interested in a 6am class at all? That used to be our regular time and we had a good sized crew a few years ago. The evenings are pretty full so just wondering if that time might work for others. If so, I can look in to seeing if we can use the gym at that time of day.
