We need your help. Some time between yesterday late afternoon and this morning, major damage was done to the brand new unit at the Crawford (Rabbit Lake) water dispensing station. If anyone has information to help us find out who is doing this, please email service@kenora.ca or call 467-2295, or contact the OPP. We have now invested in video surveillance and additional staff monitoring as well. As of this afternoon, both Evergreen and Crawford units have been replaced and tested to make sure customers can get water as needed. If you have trouble with the unit, please contact City Hall 467-2000. Thank you in advance for your help and cooperation.
