Good morning yogi/nis!!! Our March 30 day challenge is off and running, so great to see so many working towards making yoga part of their daily routine! Keep it up everyone! Your doing great A few quick updates, First, the store front will not be open today, Rob is under the weather and resting up! Also please note the Power Yoga class on Tuesdays at 11:45 is no longer on the schedule. We hope to have another strong lunch time class again soon. You may have noticed postings about a 200 AND 300 hour YTT in the past few days..... both are coming and beginning this September..... please let us know if you have interest in either!
