POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR: Room Attendant Must be open to learning new skills quickly and precisely Must demonstrate personal cleanliness and grooming Must be in good physical condition as the work is vigorous; including specifically, walking, bending, reaching, pulling, lifting (up to 12 kg), being on knees to wipe floors, standing on a chair to wipe shelves, wiping vertical and horizontal surfaces above head height Must be able to work in a team atmosphere Employees are expected to participate in the recycling program (sorting bottles, cans paper, etc.) Some light grounds work is required (raking, cleaning, watering, weeding, etc.) Employees are expected, within one month of initiation, to clean 10 rooms/cabins per 8-hour day to the demonstrated standard independently with minimal supervision. Wage: Starting wage of $14 per hour. A share of pet fees and gratuities will be paid out at the end of the contract at the management discretion based on the overall performance and contribution. Hours: Shift starts at 8:30 AM, though sometimes an earlier or later start may be required Staff must be available until 5PM, though shifts may end earlier Occasionally hours during the evening may be requested, dependent on the employee’s availability As workload permits, employees may finish earlier than the scheduled time. Four or five days a week, though six may be required from time to time
