As some of you may know I am a busy mom of 3 little girls. Up until recently I never gave much thought to the food we ate or the products we used on a daily basis. With 3 kids 6 and under sleep is sometimes impossible. After weeks of little to no sleep I was desperate for a change. That is when I started researching essential oils and their benefits. I quickly realized we needed to try these magical oils to see if it helped our family at all. After much research I decided on Young Living for many reasons but mainly their seed to seal guarantee. Since starting with oils, we have seen an improvement in sleep. I have found an oil that I can use to eliminate head tension. I have a cleaner that isn't full of harsh chemicals. A tooth paste without flouride. And so many other benefits to all the oils I have tried. I would be happy to answer any questions you have. Essential oils was the start to a lifestyle change. Every day we are working to make a change(even if no one else in my house realizes it). We are doing it slowly so it's not overwhelming and we are able to stick with it. I challenge everyone to look into their medicine cabinets, cleaning cupboards and bathrooms and have a look at the labels. What do you see? Harmful chemicals right? Things you can't pronounce and have no idea what they are? Look them up, see what they are and the effects of using them. Now take a look in your cupboards and fridges. Are you making healthy choices? Or are you like us and grabbing convenient foods because we are so busy its hard to eat healthy? Let's make a change together.
