Weli Eksitpuk Msit No'kmaq, Just a friendly reminder, the voting deadline for the 2017 GFN election is February 13th!
I support the 10 year plan for GFN and the 2015-17 Operational Plan which was developed by our current Chief and Council. I think it's extremely important that the new elect continue with these plans in order for GFN to progress and be consistent on the road to success and sustainability.
Kwe' Msit No'kmaq, As election time is just around the corner I would like to say thank you to all those I have been in contact with and also to those I have not yet. Please feel free to contact me via Facebook, email or 902-790-6322. I apologize to the membership I have not yet spoken with as it has been tricky getting contact info for all 312 voting members. Wela'lioq...hope to speak soon.

In August of 2016, Glooscap First Nation participated in the Mikmaw Summer Games for the very first time. I am proud to say I was a part of that team. GFN brought home several metals! I can't wait to participate next year. I look forward to the possibility of one day bringing the Mikmaw Summer Games to GFN!

Glooscap Landing will play a pivotal role in securing a bright economic future for GFN. I understand how important it is for Chief & Council to have a positive and trusting working relationship with Glooscap Ventures and I support that relationship 100%.

I encourage community engagement and support community involvement. Here is one of our BBQ fundraisers held by myself, our recreation committee and some of the families here at GFN. We are currently raising money for a new playground.
Kwe' Please take a moment to watch this video as I speak on some issues involving Glooscap First Nation and its future.
Some of the topics I'm very passionate about are youth and building recreation, acknowledging our culture, creating a membership code, improving communication, reviewing our current social program and economic development.
