New to Canada! What are Sola Flowers?
Sola flowers, also known as Tapioca wood or Balsa wood, are handcrafted and eco-friendly. The natural Sola wood is shaped into petals and formed into blossoms. Sola flowers don't die, or fray - a great option for forever bouquets and other arrangements.
What colours and styles are available?
Many of our handcrafted Sola flowers are available in up to 27 colour varieties; anywhere from black and white and primary colours, to deep shades, pastels, and bright tones. Some of our flowers come in type-specific colours. We also use fabric and paper flowers to embellish our arrangements. All of our flowers are eco-friendly. Custom colour requests are welcome! We'll work with you to match your wedding theme, or compliment your stylish home décor.
Eco-Friendly & Environmentally Responsible
Sola wood is a naturally derived paper product. It is 100 per cent biodegradable, recycled and sustainable material; along with the birchwood, book pages, burlap, denim, music sheets, and tapioca wood. Tapioca wood is soft balsa wood, which comes from the tapioca plant. It is a handmade, eco-friendly product with natural variations so no two are exactly alike.
We compliment our Sola wood and other eco-friendly flowers, using naturally preserved greens and wreaths to build our arrangements. NO PLASTIC OR SILK. You will be proud to display your eco-friendly arrangement, which in turn will last forever, without you taking extra steps to preserve it.
