Vinyasa yoga classes in Guelph's Exhibition Park. Come join Elyse Thursday evenings for an authentic yoga practice connected with nature. Elyse is a certified yoga instructor who will be leading outdoor yoga in Guelph this Spring/Summer 2015. Come do yoga in Exhibition Park as you feel the sun and breeze caressing your skin in an invigorating yet calming yoga class. The park provides an optimal setting as the sounds and sights of nature invite a blissful state of body and mind. Modifications will be given for all levels of students. Classes run every Thursday from 5:30-6:30pm and cost $8 (cash only please). Bring your own mat.
