At Barre Inspired, we are committed to helping you reach your fitness and health goals. With our holistic approach to health, we want to provide a fun, social environment for you to improve life from every aspect we can! We are inspired to aim for the best in each and every client!

Tracy has been helping individuals with respiratory health and holistic nutrition for over 20 years. She is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Registered Holistic Nutritionist. She recently completed a 50 hour certification from Barre Life, as a Certified Barre instructor.
She looks forward to "Meeting you at the Barre"!

Julia has been dancing since she was 3 years old. She successfully completed the Royal Academy of Dance Solo Seal award, the highest level of achievement offered by the RAD! She has been inspiring students in ballet and other dance forms for many years and has had many private students improve technique and grace with her instruction. She recently completed the Barre Life Certification and is also a Certified Barre Instructor! She can't wait to "Meet you at the barre"!

Saturday Nutrition Tip: I was Inspired this morning, by one of our awesome clients! After barre, I went out for a short run, in the gorgeous sunshine! Finally! After a workout, within 30 minutes, aim to get some quality protein to build the long, lean muscles we work for at the barre. Here's why smoothies are a great choice and what I often put together after a great workout: Protein: yogurt base, hemp seed, almond or other nut or seed butter, sometimes avocado Fibre: handful of spinach, flax seed (also great source of omega-3 fat), frozen berries Texture: to make it creamier and drinkable either almond milk, other nut milk, coconut milk/water I throw in a little cacao because chocolate makes everything better! Blend it all up and "Cheers"
