Welcome to Orthomania Cast partials! Our new, in house casting dept is fabricating the most refined cast partial dentures in the Ottawa/Gatineau area! Hello everyone, and welcome to Orthomania Cast Partials!
My name is Jeff, and I am responsible for the start to finish process of all of our removable metal frameworks here at Orthomania!
I've spent the past 13 years of my life mastering the art of designing and fabricating cast partials, and I absolutely love my job. Everyday I strive to be the best metal technician in the area, balancing the importance of aesthetics and function, with the fastest turn around time as possible, typically a maximum of 5 days "in lab". I have been trained, and have received certification from both Dentsply and Bego on both platforms of partial denture fabrication, and run a devoted BEGO system of fabrication. Each case, a new opportunity to make a beautiful, and functional piece of custom jewellery for someone's mouth. I strive to be the best metal technician I can be, balancing the importance of aesthetics and function, with the fastest turn around time as possible, typically to a maximum of 5 days "in lab". I have been formally trained, and have received certification from both Dentsply and Bego on both platforms of partial denture fabrication, and currently operate a devoted BEGO system here at Orthomania. My department is small, as Im a one-man show, but I'm always open to new accounts and opportunities!
