ERRP is looking to hire a Head Lifeguard for the 2017 season. Duties would include assisting pool manager, pool cleaning and maintenance, coordinating swimming lessons, programs, and staff inservices. Qualifications for successful candidates include valid NLS, WSI, AWSI, First Aid, CPR C, Bronze Cross, and Pool Operator Level 1. ERRP is looking to hire a permanent part-time swimming pool manager. Duties would include acting as a liaison between pool staff, park board and the health inspector, hiring and scheduling pool staff, minor pool maintenance, chemical testing, handling of currency, and all administrative duties. Job to commence April 1 and ending October 1 seasonally. Successful candidates must have valid Pool Operators course.
