Great watch!! All depends on you and your priorities!! Simple...eat real food, not too much and mostly plant based!! Sorry, nowhere in this does it say to drink Lots of beer, wine or liquor!! So now you ask yourself, what do you want more, to be healthy and fit, or a good buzz that when it wears off, not too much good came of it!! Some just do it to fit in, or because it's the cool thing to do. Time for some self evaluation, and losing the excuses!! You are what you eat and drink....period!!
Ok everyone, if you have ever wanted to learn the OLY lifts, improve your technique, and form. Hit some personal bests. Not be so intimidated by the barbell. Well the new OLY lifting sessions with Lyndsey start this Thursday night, from 6:30pm-7:30pm. These sessions have a capacity of 8 spots. So sign up asap. The sign up sheet is on the board when you walk in. PM for more information on price, etc. The sessions will be geared towards beginners all the way up to intermediate. Now is your chance!!! Remember, when the new building is operating, you will not be able to just jump in without lifting experience!! Period!!! Safety first!! Happy Monday!!

Great night at the Fury, it was packed in both sessions!! It was nice to see some of the originals come back!! For the month of May, I will be challenging everyone to do this core routine daily!! To hold you accountable, I will do a check in on here and if you performed it, you can just put "done" as a comment!!
