Weight Vest 1-Leg Calf Raises @ 60s/side 2b. Sliding 1-Leg Leg Curls @ 60s/side - 3 rounds -------------- Part 3- Sliding Reverse Lunge Supersets - 2 minutes of work with a minute rest between moves: 3a. Sliding Reverse Lunge- Left Leg @ 2 minutes 3b. Sliding Reverse Lunge- Right Leg @ 2 minutes - 3 rounds Round 1: Bodyweight Round 2: 60 lb Weight Vest Round 3: 60 lb Weight Vest + 2x 10lb dumbbells, first minute in Rack position / second minute at hip height -------------- Part 4- 20-10 Tabata Finisher 60 b Weight Vest + Hip Circle constant tension Squat, holding at bottom position in the 10 seconds (or attempted to 🙊🙈). -------------- Part 5- 30 minute dog walk 🐶

Class size will increased to 20 participants over the next few days to allow for increased demand HOWEVER If you have reserved a class place in advance, and can't make it, please cancel as soon as possible, to allow another member to take your place. We have several classes showing "Full", but only 70% of those who have reserved a place actually show up, while other members who would like to take part have been unable to. Thank you
