Classes are on Monday & Wednesday
Junior 1s (ages 4-8) 6-7pm
Junior 2s (ages 8-12) 7-8pm
Adults (ages 13 and above) 8-9:30pm
Kyokushin Is a stand up, full contact style of Karate that incorporates Bushido which literally means the way of the warrior in this case, samurai. Kyokushin is rooted in a philosophy of self-improvement, discipline and hard training. Kyokushin training consists of three main elements: technique, forms, and sparring. Kihon (basics), Kata (forms), and Kumite (sparring)
Bill Dufour - has been actively involved in karate since the autumn of 1983. Bill moved to Dawson Creek, British Columbia in 1990. He opened the Dawson Creek Karate School on September 07/1995. Bill is currently a sandan (3rd degree black belt)
