WHAT: Promote mind-body awakening and rejuvenation with contrasting workouts.
Spin:This class is a full body workout not to mention total sensory experience! Picture the atmosphere of an energy filled night club with the lights turned down, neon lights turned up and a workout choreographed to music that makes your blood pump.
Yoga: Hot yoga created by infra-red panels allows you to get deeper into poses and detoxifies on another level! Traditional Hot Yoga known as Bikram (a series of 26 poses) will be exclusive to Wheel Fit Co. We will bring the heat with traditional flow and a little less heat for more classes including Core with Weights, Yin and Candlelit Meditation.
WHY: Its founder, a Registered Nurse, is passionate in wanting to create a safe space that promotes connection to self and others. Being newer to the area she was looking to feel a sense of belonging beyond work and home life and decided to CREATE IT!
