There's a carnival midway with games and rides on the pier, and an old fashioned Canada Day parade through the town with floats, marching bands and firetrucks on the main street. PARKING UPDATE - The Town of Cobourg, Ontario has told us that the shuttle from Donegan Park to the Cobourg Waterfront Festival will operate Sunday and Monday. Parking on the park fields may be limited so please follow the instructions of the parking attendants.
