Policy Outlines:

The policy outlines allow your appointment to go smoothly and timely.

1. Please attend your appointment in a timely matter, to ensure your appointment is done on time and ready for clients that follow you.
2. No show for an appointment will not be eligible for re-booking.
3. More than 10 minutes late for an appointment will be considered a no show and will not be eligible for re-booking (certain exceptions apply)
4. Any clients with fungal/bacterial infections of the nail or nail beds will be turned away and referred to a physician. Client will be allowed to re-book once they are clear of any infection/fungus.
5. Black Veil Nails is a respectable environment and should be treated as such, any inappropriate behavior or actions that occur during the appointment will not be tolerated. Immediate client dismissal will ensue and will not be eligible for re-booking.
6. Cancellation of appointment will require 24 hours notice, failure to provide proper notice will not be eligible for re-booking.

7. Appointment change/re-booking of a current appointment will require 24 hours notice.
8. Gift Certificates are regulated by Black Veil Nails and all records of sold certificates are recorded for future reference. Any alteration of a gift certificates are immediately void and have no value and will not be eligible for a refund. Purchaser and recipient will not be eligible for appointments or gift certificates in the future.
9. Children are allowed to attend as long as they act in a respectful and none disruptive manner, in the case of erratic behavior client will be asked to leave.
10. Any inappropriate language or foul behavior on Black Veil Nails Facebook page will result in immediate removal and block from the page.
