A family of 36 churches, grouped into 26 pastoral charges.
We are situated in Bruce and Grey Counties, amidst some of the most beautiful farming and recreational lands this province and Canada have to offer. On two sides, we are bordered by what have been well described as inland seas. Directly to our West, is Lake Huron, and to our North and Northeast, are the North Channel and Georgian Bay, respectively.
Although primarily a rural area, we do boast one city, Owen Sound, plus many, many beautiful villages, hamlets and other small communities. In the majority of southern Bruce and Grey Counties, a drive in any direction will find you surrounded by incredible rolling farmland. In many of these areas you can witness the most modern farming practices, along side the step back in time represented by the many traditional Mennonite farms and communities.
If you venture up the famous Bruce Peninsula, you can immerse yourself in the rugged beauty of the Niagara Escarpment and the many picture perfect bays and inlets, including Stokes Bay, where our summer charge, Knox Church, is located.

Hi Presbyters: I understand that the reports to General Assembly from the Church Doctrine Committee and the Life and Mission Agency are now available on the PCC website. The responses range from blessing same sex civil marriages and allowing those in them to become ministers to those wishing to put off responses for up to three years and affirming historical church positions against same sex marriage. I urge you to read the reports so that we can have a better and an informed discussion as we all consider these matters.

St. Andrew’s Southampton and Wesley United Saugeen First Nation are holding their 2nd Sweetgrass and Thistles Concert series this summer. To kick things off they have the Foggy Hogtown Boys. They have it on good authority (Rev. Randy) that they are one of the best bluegrass bands in Ontario. There will be tickets at the door, but to be sure to get a seat, folks can contact Mary Sylver to reserve tickets.
