As a yoga teacher, I am always encouraging my students to be authentic. Honouring their truths as they move through challenges with grace and love ❤️ 🙏🏼 The analogy ”Peeling the layers of an Onion”. It's the metaphors of life & growth. Peeling away these layers takes great strength, courage & vulnerability many of times filling our eyes full of tears but, it's the unpeeling, self-discovery and the deep healing that we learn, grow and become our true authentic selves. If we choose, we as humans always have another layer to peel back. Healing past wounds, releasing fear, judgement, learning & growing can be very difficult & uncomfortable, however, this deep work can bring profound transformation into your life and the lives of others ❤️ The time has come for me to peel away another layer.
