facebook.comPlease join us Easter Sunday at 10:30 am for worship and communion. We thank Rev. Sandra Fogarty as our worship leader. Rev. Sandra’s sermon is called “Begin Again” based on the scripture lesson from Mark 16: 1-8 (The resurrected Jesus appears to Mary Magdalene.) The Chancel Choir along with brass and percussion players will play “All Creatures of Our God and King” arranged by Julian Wachner. For the offertory, Veronika Redfern on the French horn as well as Devon Hansen on the organ will play “Adora Te Devote” by Charles Callahan. Brittany Borges, Children’s Ministry Coordinator, and friends will offer an Easter egg hunt on Sunday to any children who wish to join her. Following worship, please join us for light refreshments in Fellowship Hall. All are welcome!
Tomorrow we welcome Rev. Sandra Fogarty as our worship leader. Rev. Sandra along with Dave Kent will read the “Passion of Christ” from Mark’s Gospel (Mark 14:32 – Mark 15:47) depicting the betrayal, arrest and crucifixion of Jesus. At the close of the service, Rev. Sandra will read “One Solitary Life” by Author Unknown following that we will leave the darkened Sanctuary in silience. The Chancel Choir will sing “Ah, Holy Jesus” arranged by Hal H. Hopson for the anthem.
